British boxer Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming boxing match.

"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."

In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
